The Role
You'll become a key part of a small, high-performing finance team, supporting the delivery of accurate financial reporting and smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and posting financial transactions across internal systems
Working with detailed investment and income data
Processing payments to customers and external partners
Completing monthly bank reconciliations
Calculating customer withdrawal values
Preparing financial reports to set deadlines
Monitoring commercial performance and P&L activity
Ensuring data accuracy and strong financial controls
Providing excellent service to members and internal stakeholders
Using Excel and accounting software confidently to support analysis
Stepping in for the Finance Manager when required
Essential Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in a finance role
Strong understanding of accounting systems and financial processes
Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
Advanced Excel capability
A proactive, curious, and commercially minded approach
Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team
Desirable: AAT qualification, part-qualified accountant status, or experience within financial services.
