Finance Manager

This will be a part-time Finance Manager role and will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and compliance and being a real right-hand person to the senior management team. This role requires a proactive individual to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis within the business services industry.

Description

Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial goals are met.

Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during audits.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Streamline financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have

A professional accounting qualification or equivalent.

Proven experience in financial management within the business services sector.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
