We are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and provide strategic support within the professional services industry. Description
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Lead and support the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Ensure timely submission of tax filings and other statutory requirements.
Profile
A recognised qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and analysis within the professional services industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £75,000 to £85,000, depending on experience.
Fixed-term contract
