Finance Manager

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering financial insight, supporting operational decision-making and ensuring robust financial control. You'll work closely with manufacturing, engineering, procurement and central finance teams, providing meaningful analysis that influences business performance.

Description

Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals.

Produce insightful financial reporting, analysis and performance commentary.

Partner with senior operational stakeholders to drive profitability and efficiency.

Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes.

Deliver robust financial controls and ensure reporting accuracy.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Build strong relationships across finance and operational teams.

Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

Previous experience within management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance.

Manufacturing, retail or FMCG experience is advantageous but not essential.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into commercial insight.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Confident leading teams and working in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced Excel skills.
