Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Supervise and guide the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations and processes.

Monitor and manage company cash flow effectively.

Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have

A professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.

Proven experience in a similar finance role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.

Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a finance team effectively.
