Finance Manager

This is a key leadership role within the UK business, offering a broad and commercially focused remit. You'll take ownership of the finance function locally, working closely with senior stakeholders while also liaising with the wider international group.

Description

Full ownership of the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

Preparation and presentation of management accounts with clear commentary and insights

Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making

Business partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability

Cash flow management and oversight of working capital

Ensuring compliance with statutory and group reporting requirements

Acting as the key point of contact for auditors and external advisors

Leading and developing finance processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives

Supporting senior leadership with strategic planning and financial analysis

Profile

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or QBE)

Proven experience within a manufacturing environment

Strong background in standard costing and cost control methodologies

Strategic thinker with a commercially focused mindset, able to influence decision-making and drive business performance

Job Offer

A competitive salary between £60,000 and £70,000 per annum.
