Finance Manager (Management Accounting & Business Planning) Paisley | Hybrid Working (2 days in office) 3-Month Temporary Contract - £250-£300 Day Rate Immediate Start Available

OneRen is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the organisation on an interim basis across management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

This role will suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insight, and supporting strategic decision making during a busy operational period.

The contract offers hybrid working with two days per week in the office alongside home working flexibility. The office is well connected by public transport. Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting and forecasting activity

Support financial planning and business modelling

Provide financial analysis and management reporting

Partner with budget holders and senior management

Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives

Assist with financial governance and reporting requirements

Line manage and support finance staff where required

About You

Fully qualified CCAB accountant or equivalent

Strong management accounting and business partnering experience

Experience supporting senior stakeholders and budget holders

Strong analytical and communication skills

Able to work effectively within changing environments

Public sector, charity, leisure, or regulated sector experience is advantageous
