Finance Manager

As you develop within the business, the role will evolve beyond financial control into commercial finance, giving you exposure to strategic decision-making and a genuine progression path.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the month-end close across a portfolio of clients

Prepare and review monthly management accounts

Produce variance analysis and KPI reporting

Prepare and review VAT returns

Ensure statutory deadlines and compliance requirements are met

Build strong relationships with clients and become their day-to-day finance contact

Review reconciliations, journals and financial reporting completed by the wider team

Improve internal systems and processes using AI tools and automation

Prepare client meeting packs and support strategic finance discussions

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and adding commercial value.

You'll ideally have

ACA or ACCA or CIMA qualified

Experience preparing management accounts and running month-end

Hands-on experience with VAT returns and year-end accounts

An interest in AI and technology, with a willingness to learn new ways of working
