Finance Manager

We’re offering a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll lead the entire finance cycle from day-to-day accounting through to strategic reporting, audit, and forecasting. Take full ownership of the HQ finance function, managing the entire accounting lifecycle

Oversee end-to-end accounting including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations

Lead the month-end close, delivering accurate, insightful management accounts and variance analysis

Drive balance sheet integrity and maintain a strong control environment

Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes

Lead year-end activities and act as the key contact for external auditors

Support statutory reporting in line with IFRS standards

Partner with Group Finance on consolidation and reporting requirements

Continuously improve systems, processes, and reporting

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

Proven experience in a hands-on, full-cycle accounting role

Strong track record managing month-end, year-end, and audit processes

Solid technical accounting knowledge (IFRS)
