Finance Manager

Finance Manager £65,000–£70,000 per annum London | Hybrid with 1–2 office days per week | Permanent

A growing Facilities Management business is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to lead its finance team and oversee day-to-day operations. This role offers broad responsibility for cash flow, reporting and project finances, with scope to improve processes and develop the team.

Duties

Lead and mentor the finance team, maintaining accurate processing and efficient daily operations.

Manage cash flow forecasts, liquidity, working capital and credit control.

Prepare monthly management accounts with clear financial analysis and commentary.

Oversee project costing, billing, valuations and forecasts against budgets and timelines.

Approve purchase orders and supplier invoices, manage supplier relationships and improve commercial terms.

Strengthen finance processes and internal controls, ensuring financial and tax compliance.

Identify cost savings, manage overhead reduction initiatives and oversee accurate, timely payroll.

Ideal candidate profile

Experienced Finance Manager or Financial Controller with strong day-to-day finance and cash flow management skills.

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience.

Sound knowledge of financial management, budgeting and forecasting, with a record of improving efficiency and reducing costs.

A hands-on, detail-oriented leader who can develop a team and communicate confidently across the business.

Package

£65,000–£70,000 per annum.

Hybrid working with 1–2 days per week in the office
