Are you a finance professional who enjoys leading change, improving processes and delivering business transformation?
We're recruiting a Finance Change Manager to join a growing, ambitious organisation where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the finance function. Working closely with Finance, IT and Operational leaders, you'll lead a portfolio of transformation projects that improve financial performance, streamline processes and support long-term business growth.

The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering finance transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and with measurable business benefits.
Leading finance transformation and continuous improvement projects. Managing project plans, governance, risks and stakeholder communications. Working closely with Finance, IT and Operations to deliver successful change. Supporting finance systems enhancements, automation and process improvements. Managing project budgets and tracking financial benefits. Producing project reporting and updates for senior leadership. Driving adoption of new processes and embedding lasting change. About You
Experienced in delivering finance transformation, systems implementation or business improvement projects. A confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at all levels. Highly organised, with strong project management and problem-solving skills. Passionate about improving processes and delivering measurable business outcomes. What's on Offer?
