About the role: Where finance meets people This Finance Business Partner role sits within a Scotland based housing organisation where the focus isn't just on producing numbers, but on helping teams understand and use them.

You will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business, supporting services by providing clear, practical financial insight that supports day-to-day decisions and long-term planning.

What you'll be doing

Produce monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis

Work directly with budget holders and service managers

Explain financial performance across areas such as income, staffing, and service costs

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Help identify trends and support decision-making across teams

Present financial information to groups of stakeholders across the organisation

Build strong working relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues

Who we're looking for Must have:

Experience producing management accounts and financial reports

Strong communication skills and ability to explain finance clearly

Confidence working with and presenting to non-finance stakeholders

Experience working in a team-based, collaborative environment

Nice to have

Experience in housing or a regulated environment

Exposure to business partnering or stakeholder-focused roles

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or similar) or working towards
