This is a business where Finance has a genuine seat at the table. You won't simply be reporting the numbers - you'll be using them to influence decisions, challenge senior stakeholders and drive commercial performance.
Description
Profitability and P&L performance
Pricing and commercial decision-making
Budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
Margin improvement and identifying underperforming clients
Supporting senior stakeholders with commercial insight
The wider finance team is structured to give FBPs the opportunity to focus on commercial partnering rather than getting buried in manual reporting. You'll have access to dedicated support across reporting, pricing and finance operations.
Ultimately, you'll become the finance voice for your areas - understanding the numbers, challenging performance and helping senior stakeholders make better decisions.
Profile
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical foundations with genuine commercial confidence.
ACA qualified coming from Big 4 / Top 10 Audit at Manager level
ACA qualified coming from a Corporate Finance / Transaction Services background at Manager level
ACCA/CIMA qualified in industry with a strong commercial Finance Business Partner background
Professional services experience or a service led environment
You must be able to demonstrate experience of working with senior stakeholders, managing engagements, budgets and financial performance and working with high volumes of data
Most importantly, you'll be polished, credible and commercially minded.
