Finance Business Partner – Global Manufacturing Business Leigh | Hybrid | £60-65k + Bonus + Benefits

A global leader in manufacturing and design is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a leading Manufacturing SME. This is a high-profile role where you will help shape financial strategy, manage commercial performance, and support the Head of FP&A in a fast-paced, growing environment.

The Role

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy

Partner with sales, product development, supply chain, and operations

Provide board-level insights to maximise profitability and growth

Centralise data and develop robust management information (MI) systems

Control divisional P&L and reporting to UK and international stakeholders

Drive process improvements in systems, reporting, and data integration

Support strategic growth projects, including M&A and integration activities

Key Skills & Experience

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified

Proven track record in senior commercial finance or FP&A leadership

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability

Confident influencing and presenting at board level

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
