Job Title: Finance Business Partner Location: Warrington – Hybrid Salary – 60-65k Plus bonus
We are exclusively working with a growing business, looking for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support business performance and strategic decision making. Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll provide insight, challenge, and guidance to drive profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting and forecasting
Ownership of P&L models
Analyse performance, identifying risks and opportunities
Partner with commercial and operational teams to drive decision-making
Deliver high-quality board and shareholder reporting
Provide insight on sales, margins, and key business drivers
Support investment decisions, pricing, and promotional activity
Improve management information and reporting processes
About You
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven
