Finance Business Partner

Adele Carr Recruitment is supporting a large organisation in Liverpool with the appointment of a

Finance Business Partner on a full time, permanent basis.

If you've recently qualified and want more than just month-end and reporting, this is a role where you'll learn, influence and add real value from day one. We're working with a growing Liverpool-based business looking to appoint a newly qualified accountant into a visible, commercially focused position supporting the Head of Finance.

The successful applicant will be newly qualified, preferably ACA / CIMA with the potential to grow in a commercial role.

Job Summary

Supporting delivery of monthly management accounts

Producing analysis, insights with full commentary for senior stakeholders

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles

Partnering with operational teams to drive performance and challenge decisions

Supporting improvements in process, controls and reporting

Getting involved in projects, systems and continuous improvement initiatives

The ideal applicant

Newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA

Ideally practice-trained (ICAEW / Top 10) or strong industry exposure

Strong Excel skills and a natural interest in data and insight

Someone who is curious, commercially minded and wants to get involved

Confident communicator - able to engage with non-finance stakeholders

This will suit someone who
