Finance Analyst

FINANCE ANALYST - LONDON - 12 MONTH FTC - UP TO £42k - HYBRID

Robert Half are delighted to be assisting an innovative organisation in their search for a Finance Analyst for a 12 month FTC, offering up to £42k and hybrid working!

We're looking for a proactive and analytical individual to work closely with the Financial Controller, who will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting forecasting and budgeting processes, and improving the quality of financial data across the business.

Responsibilities

Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.

Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting.

Analysing financial and operational data to support business performance.

Preparing journals, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet support.

Monitoring cash collection targets and following up on outstanding actions.

Producing intercompany recharge invoices and ad-hoc reporting.

Working across SAP, Excel, Coupa, and BPC reporting systems.

Helping drive process improvements and finance system efficiencies.

Supporting ad-hoc analysis projects and business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Graduate or AAT part-qualified, with ambitions to study towards ACCA or CIMA.

At least 2 years' experience within a finance or commercial office environment.

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.

SAP experience is essential.

Exposure to ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

A proactive, positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset.
