As Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business performance through high quality financial and operational data analysis. Working closely with the Retail Finance team, you will help deliver insight, improve reporting processes, and support strategic decision making across the business.

Description
Analysing complex billing, cash, and customer data to drive commercial insight
Supporting forecasting and reporting processes across the Retail Finance function
Producing dashboards, automated reports, and data visualisations using Power BI and Excel
Monitoring customer payment behaviours and debt collection performance
Supporting internal and external audits through detailed analysis and documentation
Responding to regulatory and industry data requests
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving continuous enhancement initiatives
Bench-marking debt collection performance against wider industry trends
Profile
Previous experience in a finance analyst or data-focused finance role
Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Experience using data to influence business performance and decision-making
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and process improvement focus
