WHAT YOU'LL DO
Due to our regional marketing lead going on maternity leave, our EMEA team is looking for an experienced, highly-driven individual with meticulous attention to detail to lead field marketing and partner events for EMEA. You will be the field marketing lead for all central region events (DACH, Eastern Europe), meaning you will strategize, evaluate, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to efficiently carry out regional events across key markets and with key partners in the Braze Partner Marketing Ecosystem, with the goal of delivering on regional pipeline objectives. This will be a contract based offer to cover while the regional manager is on leave.
Creativity and flexibility to adapt to the changing event environment, leveraging creative digital activations, and regionalising global programs for the Central market will be a key function of the role. Day-to-day responsibilities will include leading all GTM communications for events and working closely to create an event strategy that hits the pipeline goals of the Sales team through: researching and evaluating top DACH industry events, consulting Partnerships leads in the region and HQ for integration of partners into field marketing strategy, screening event recommendations from go-to-market teams, scouting and securing event venues for owned events, sourcing and managing DACH-specific vendors and consultants, overseeing on-site production and trouble-shooting at all sponsored and owned events, management of event assets (physical, digital, and promotional), in addition to the important role of sales enablement on events and reporting on event success with data-driven metrics.
Lead the annual events calendar including: strategy and execution of all EMEA events from concept to execution, including venue and vendor sourcing, project management and budget reconciliation
Work cross-functionally (with marketing and regional stakeholders) to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are identified and met throughout the development, budget and fee negotiations, legal compliance, design, programming, and enablement phases of projects, including working closely with global event counterparts at HQ as needed
Drive regional event programming and content delivery – being the project lead with HQ content leads to help programming/speakers on the development of content, and then manage how event programming is shared during and post event
Collaborate effectively with EMEA Partnerships and Partner Marketing in HQ to ensure partners are leveraged to drive field marketing strategy and pipeline goals
Collaborate with HQ brand team to ensure events are within brand guidelines
Lead the Central region go-to-market event enablement on monthly/quarterly event plans with Sales and Success teams
Lead event kick-offs and weekly event program syncs to streamline communication and ensure ali
