Field Service Engineer
Location: Nationwide (UK)
Salary: Competitive + Company Van + Performance Bonus + On-Call Bonus
The Role
We are looking for a Field Installation & Service Engineer to join our growing engineering team, installing, commissioning, servicing, and supporting automated pharmacy robotics systems across the UK.
This is a varied and rewarding role, working with the latest automation technology and supporting customers throughout the installation and lifecycle of their robotic systems. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers, with ongoing training and development provided.
The role involves travel to customer sites across the UK, with overnight accommodation provided where required.

Installation Bonus – Engineers who have reached the required competency level and participate in installation projects are eligible for a £250 weekly installation bonus.
On-Call Bonus – Participation in the on-call rota attracts an additional £250 per week.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and maintain pharmacy automation and robotic systems.
Carry out preventative maintenance and service visits.
Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, and software faults.
Provide technical support to customers on-site and remotely.
Complete service reports and commissioning documentation.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver projects to a high standard.
Participate in the on-call support rota following successful training.
Requirements
Engineering qualification or relevant industry experience.
Previous field service or installation experience preferred.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Flexible approach to travel and customer site work.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Valid passport and willingness to attend manufacturer training in Europe.
Right to work in the UK.
