Your new role Within your role of Fee Costing Analyst, you will be a commercially focused analyst and join a team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with Finance Business Partners, Operational teams and senior stakeholders, you will support fee uplifts, contract negotiations, tender activity and commercial reporting. The role will involve developing and maintaining costing models, analysing contracts and financial information, monitoring commercial performance, and providing insight to support strategic decision-making. You will also play a key role in identifying business development opportunities, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring contractual and commercial activities are managed effectively and compliantly. What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will have a strong analytical background with experience interpreting financial data, costing models and contractual information. You will be confident working with stakeholders across finance and operational teams, translating complex information into clear and actionable insights. Previous experience in social care, healthcare, public sector commissioning or a contract-focused environment would be highly advantageous. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to tight deadlines.
