As our Facility & Maintenance Manager in Moss, you will lead all maintenance and facility operations to ensure business continuity, operational excellence, and long-term asset reliability. You will play a critical role in ensuring high technical availability of production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure while driving safety, quality, and cost performance.

You will collaborate closely with Operations, Planning, Senior Management, and external partners to align maintenance strategy with current and future business needs. What You’ll Do: The Recipe

Lead and develop the maintenance and facility organization to ensure high equipment reliability and operational continuity.

Establish and monitor KPIs in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and machinery availability, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Own the maintenance and facility budget, ensuring effective cost control, resource optimization, and accurate reporting.

Define and execute preventive maintenance strategies and oversee maintenance tickets and schedules to ensure timely completion.

Manage technical projects including investments, installations, commissioning, and handover of new systems or production lines.

Negotiate and manage supplier and contractor agreements, ensuring deliverables are completed to required standards.
