We are seeking an EU Chief Operating Officer (PCF-42) to join TrueLayer Ireland Limited (TIL) - TrueLayer’s EU regulated entity. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for the overall operations of the Irish regulated entity. As a visible leader in our Dublin headquarters, you will champion TrueLayer’s high-performance culture and foster local collaboration.

Forming part of the management team for TIL’s EU operation, you will be instrumental in supporting the vision, strategy, and operations of TrueLayer Ireland with a special focus on operational resilience and outsourced functions, ensuring they are effectively managed and fully aligned with relevant local regulatory requirements. As part of the wider TrueLayer business operations function, you will also support a number of cross-functional, group-wide projects and business initiatives.
