Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain job, company, and operational information
Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Identify duplicate, outdated, incomplete, or incorrectly formatted information
Perform routine data validation and quality checks
Organise digital records according to established procedures
Identify and report recurring data issues to operations and technical teams
Handle user and company information carefully and maintain confidentiality
Follow established workflows and documentation standards
Meet agreed accuracy, quality, and productivity standards
QualificationsRequired
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong typing, spelling, and data-entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with spreadsheets and common productivity tools
Ability to follow documented processes and work independently
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Authorised to work in the United Kingdom
Preferred
Previous experience in data entry, administration, research, or operations
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or database systems
Experience reviewing job, company, customer, or operational information
Comfortable learning new software and internal tools
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing routine data-focused tasks, and communicating effectively with remote teams.
