Enterprise Business Development Manager

Enterprise Business Development Manager

Manchester City Centre based | Competitive Base salary + Joining Bonus | Uncapped Commission | £180,000k+ OTE| Car or Car Allowance

What if you could spend your time closing deals instead of chasing them?

If you're already a successful BDM, who works with mid-market/enterprise clients, and you know how to run a great sales meeting, deliver a compelling software demonstration and close a deal, this could be your opportunity to take your earnings and your career to another level.

We're looking for proven sales closers to join a high-performing Manchester team.

And there's one major difference between this role and your typical BDM position:

You don't have to prospect. We'll fill your diary.

You'll have a team of 5/6 dedicated Lead Generators booking qualified meetings directly into your diary every day.

That means you can focus on what you're good at

Meeting decision-makers.

Demonstrating the platform.

Understanding their needs.

Closing the deal.

Just quality conversations with people who have already agreed to meet.

How much can you earn?

Your earning potential is genuinely uncapped.

Competitive basic salary

joining bonus

Uncapped commission

Up to £200,000+ earning potential

Up to £16,000 per quarter in additional bonuses

Extra incentives and performance bonuses

Car or Car Allowance

Your role is to close

Your meetings will take place primarily through Zoom or Teams, giving you the opportunity to speak directly with decision-makers and demonstrate an established, award-winning platform.

You won't be expected to deliver the same presentation to every prospect.

Your job is to understand their business, uncover what they need and tailor the demonstration around the value the platform can provide.

And there's a reason so many of the team are focused on reaching the "Millionaires Club."

The earning potential is a major part of the attraction.

What experience do you need?

We care more about your ability to close than the industry you've come from.

We've recently brought successful BDMs into the business from backgrounds including:

Energy

Advertising

Fuel

Software

Technology

Other B2B sales environments

We're looking for

Proven B2B sales experience

Proven experience developing enterprise/mid-market clients (40+ employees)

A strong track record of closing deals

Confidence presenting to decision-makers

Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

Commercial awareness

A competitive, target-driven mindset

The ambition to become one of the top performers

Ready to take closing seriously?

If you're already a successful BDM, imagine what you could achieve if your diary was filled with qualified meetings every day.

Start date: 2nd November

We're interviewing quickly and looking to secure the next generation of high-performing BDMs.

One role. Uncapped earnings. Qualified meetings. Serious progression.

If you know you're a closer, apply today.
