About the team
The infrastructure teams provide efficient and optimized infrastructure for Stripe to build secure, reliable and differentiated products, while enabling Stripe to achieve their highest potential. We work to enable Stripe’s to have the most productive results of their entire career from the very first days they join Stripe through years of developing new systems and products.
What you’ll do
As a Program Manager within the Infrastructure team, you will work across our portfolio of programs within Infrastructure, with a focus on cross-cutting programs for IT and work tracking solutions at Stripe. You’ll partner with our Engineering teams to shape and build the future of Corporate Technology at Stripe. This includes both individual and team work in areas such as:
Automating workflows, creating self-service opportunities or implementing agentic solutions.
New system implementations (e.g. RFPs, Data Migration)
Deprecation and consolidation of low-usage SaaS productivity tools
Mergers & Acquisitions (integrating acquired companies’ internal systems with ours)
Security, Audit, and Compliance programs
Scaling org processes such as our Program Delivery Lifecycle
Upleveling how we track Key Results, Program updates, and generally align work across the products at Stripe
Responsibilities
Define and produce high quality written proposals, communications and documentation.
