Engineering Manager - Runtime Platform

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Foundations team within Platform Engineering domain, Runtime Platform segment.

The Runtime Platform segment’s mission is to provide intuitive, self-service platforms that empower product and feature engineering teams across the organization to seamlessly build, deploy, run and monitor their business applications.

As Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core architectural bedrock of our technology platform. You will be responsible for guiding a talented group of engineers as they evolve foundational, underlying cloud systems into robust, developer-centric platform products. You will have end-to-end ownership of the team’s scope - spanning strategy, execution, and organizational design - ensuring our cloud account baselines, container orchestration, networking, and secret management scale safely, efficiently, and autonomously.

In this role, you will

Drive Platform Vision and Strategy: Define and execute the long-term roadmap for the Cloud Foundations segment, shifting fundamental cloud capabilities into self-service, developer-friendly products.

Empower Engineering Teams: Enable development teams to autonomously provision infrastructure, manage secrets and deploy workloads securely through well-defined APIs, robust tooling, and automated guardrails.

Own Core Cloud Foundations: Oversee a critical portfolio of core platform capabilities, including AWS cloud management (Account Vending Machine, Access Management, Organisation level setup & Cloud Baseline), Infrastructure as Code frameworks (Terraform) and Privileged Access Platform.

Lead and Scale People: Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team of engineers specializing in cloud architecture, infrast
