Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the Organization
The Revenue and Financial Automation (RFA) teams create solutions that empower businesses to optimize their revenue operations. A significant component of RFA is the Revenue team, which is one of our fastest-growing product areas and helps businesses manage and scale their revenue effectively.
The Orchestration team builds the foundational execution engines, background job processing frameworks, and asynchronous event platforms that power Stripe’s global billing infrastructure. We own the core execution primitives and platform systems that orchestrate the end-to-end financial lifecycle for millions of businesses worldwide.
At Stripe’s scale, the Orchestration team sits at the intersection of high-throughput distributed systems and mission-critical financial reliability. Our job processing and event scheduling platforms execute millions of scheduled workloads and asynchronous tasks daily with extreme precision, handling everything from global recurring billing cycles to complex time-dependent execution workflows.
As Stripe expands to support complex monetization models and enterprise scale, our team is architecting the next generation of core platform infrastructure. We build highly leveraged primitives and foundational frameworks that enable product teams across Stripe to innovate rapidly while operating on an uncompromising foundation of reliability, fault tolerance, and global scale.
