The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the development of our EU/UK Banking Product, powering how businesses open, manage, and move money directly within our product. This is a new and rapidly evolving offering, giving you the opportunity to influence the vision and strategy, and own the roadmap from the ground up seeing it through from early build to scaled adoption.

As an engineering leader, you’ll work closely with partners across engineering, product, commercial, and operations to deliver a best-in-class banking solution that serves both enterprise clients and embedded finance partners. This Madrid-based role is part of the broader Financial Services product organization, which owns the full suite of financial products we offer to our customers.

What you’ll do

Drive the Roadmap: Develop and execute the technical roadmap for expanding our embedded and enterprise banking proposition in the EU and the UK, translating ambitious business goals into world-class technical reality.

Technical Authority and Excellence: Act as a technical leader and domain expert for the banking product, challenging and driving technical design and solutions to ensure an exceptionally high technical bar.
