Engineering Manager

Looking for an experienced and proactive Engineering Manager to join our dynamic business to help us with continuous improvements and operational efficiency. To lead and manage a team of Machine Setters and Maintenance Engineers, ensuring production operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.

You Will Be Responsible For

Team management.

Preventive maintenance.

Fault diagnosis.

Health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.

Continuous improvements and efficiency of manufacturing productivity.

Cycle times, machinery capacity etc.

Engineering records and documentation.

Key Skills/Experience Required

Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in chemical, process, mechanical, manufacturing or related engineering disciplines.

Significant process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.

Experience undertaking HAZOP and process risk assessment.

Knowledge of DSEAR and ATEX requirements

Salary/Benefits Information

£65,000 - £70,000
