End User Support Specialist / Service Desk

Fully Remote | Up to £35,000

We’re working with an established technology business that is looking for an experienced End User Support Specialist / Service Desk Consultant to join their team on a fully remote basis.

This is a 2nd line support role, ideal for someone with a strong background in an MSP environment who enjoys troubleshooting, taking ownership of issues and providing a high level of service to customers.

What we're looking for

Strong experience in a Service Desk / Technical Support role within an MSP

Solid Microsoft knowledge across Windows, M365 and Azure

Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, applications and networks

Excellent communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users

Experience working with remote support tools

A Microsoft Associate level certification is essential

A proactive, customer focused approach with a strong sense of ownership

Salary: Up to £35,000
