I'm looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager / Lead to join a growing ER & Policy function within a leading global organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on complex, high-risk ER casework, while playing a key role in shaping ER strategy, supporting senior stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the people function.

What you’ll be doing

Leading end-to-end management of complex and sensitive ER cases

Acting as an escalation point, coaching and supporting ER specialists

Partnering with HR and the business to manage risk and ensure best practice

Supporting restructures and redundancy projects, including planning and delivery

Using data and insights to identify trends and improve ER outcomes

Driving continuous improvement across ER processes and governance

Contributing to ER & Policy projects that support cultural and organisational change

Supporting the development and review of HR policies

What we’re looking for

Strong background in employee relations and employment law

Proven experience handling complex, high-risk casework

Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and challenge

Passion for coaching and developing others

Strong analytical mindset, with experience using ER data and insights

Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Location: Bristol (hybrid working)

Travel: Occasional travel as required

Salary: circa £70,000
