Mission
Reporting to the Senior Manager, EMEA Programmes & Campaigns, the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, Executive Audiences, will lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programmes designed to engage senior executive audiences, accelerate pipeline growth, market expansion, and account penetration across EMEA's most strategic accounts. This role is critical to scaling Databricks' growth in strategic industries and will oversee the planning, coordination, and tracking of EMEA-wide marketing initiatives across a variety of channels and tactics.
As part of the EMEA Marketing Campaigns team, you will own the Executive audience strategy and journey across the region. You will collaborate closely with EMEA Sales leadership, regional field marketing, global demand generation, Executive and industry product marketing, digital, marketing operations, customer marketing, partners, sales and other teams to shape and deliver cohesive, impactful programmes, experiences and go-to-market motions that resonate with C-level audiences.
Your responsibilities will include driving key marketing programmes, ensuring alignment and consistency across the region, and developing scalable tools and frameworks to enhance EMEA Marketing efforts
Build and execute the EMEA executive audience strategy, aligned to EMEA pipeline and revenue goals, adapting global campaigns and programmes to EMEA priorities and driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across target accounts.
Design end-to-end Executive journeys across the customer lifecycle, collaborating with global marketing, customer marketing, paid digital, partners and other cross-functional teams, to connect the right content, experiences and touchpoints to build relationships, accelerate opportunities and support expansion, across technology and business executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, CMOs and CFOs.
