In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in converting artwork, logos, illustrations, and customer designs into optimized embroidery stitch files using Tajima DG16. This individual combines technical digitizing expertise, embroidery production knowledge, and quality control skills to create efficient stitch plans that run smoothly on commercial embroidery machines while maintaining the highest possible visual quality.
The ideal candidate understands not only how to digitize designs, but why specific stitch types, densities, underlays, pull compensation, and sequencing decisions affect production outcomes.

What you’ll do
Advanced Embroidery Digitizing
Convert customer artwork into production-ready embroidery files.
Create efficient stitch paths that minimize trims, jumps, thread breaks, and machine downtime.
Digitize for multiple fabric types including: Performance apparel, Caps and structured hats, Knit garments, Woven garments, Heavy jackets, Bags and accessories
Apply proper stitch sequencing and object ordering.
Optimize designs for different embroidery machine brands and formats.
Tajima DG16 Expertise
Expert use of: Auto Punch, Manual Punch, Stitch Editor, Underlay Settings, Pull Compensation, Density Management, Pathing & Travel Runs, Appliqué Functions, Sequin Functions (if applicable), Cap Frame Digitizi
