What You Will Do
- Lead the daily issue management process for defects identified during manufacturing and vehicle road testing, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication.
- Become the go-to expert for Electrical Launch, offering technical guidance to plant electrical teams and repair associates.
- Utilise diagnostic tools to capture vehicle logs, such as CanAlyser, ASL, Putty, and DLT logs, to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Act as a vital link between the manufacturing facility and core engineering teams, presenting evidence-based issues and diagnostic insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to support successful programme delivery and vehicle launch activities.
What You Will Bring
• Prior experience in Electrical Vehicle Launch is essential.
- End of line and integration support.
- CanAlyser and other Dev-aids experience.
- Proficiency in software download tools and vehicle diagnostic systems.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced launch environment.
- Strong understanding of vehicle networks and experience with infotainment and body systems.
- A quality-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful launch of innovative vehicle programmes. Your expertise will contribute to the company’s goal of delivering high-quality products that redefine industry standards. Location & Working Hours
This role is based in Solihull, offering a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment with occasional travel to other sites. Working hours: 07:30 – 16:00.
