For our ambitious Nordic Product Team in Copenhagen, we are looking for an Editorial Product Manager – Norwegian Market (all genders) to join us on a fixed-term maternity cover. You will own the editorial experience for Norway, ensuring customers receive engaging, accurate, and high-quality content across our digital menus on web and app, physical recipe cards, and other customer-facing touchpoints. Working closely with Culinary, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, Global Product, and Technology, you will lead weekly editorial delivery while driving projects that improve customer experience, product communication, and operational efficiency. With Speed & Agility and Relentless Prioritization, you will contribute directly to HelloFresh’s mission to change the way people eat—forever.
What You’ll Do (The Recipe)
Own the end-to-end editorial delivery for the Norwegian market.
Ensure recipe cards, menus, and other customer-facing content are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with HelloFresh brand standards.
Coordinate weekly delivery across Culinary, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, and Global teams.
Independently lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, or editorial quality.
Take ownership of business-critical areas and drive them from planning through execution.
Identify opportunities to improve how product value is communicated to customers.
Use customer insights and operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Build strong partnerships across Product, Culinary, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, and Technology teams.
Represent Editorial in cross-functional initiatives and influence decisions through collaboration and customer insight.
Proactively identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale editorial processes.
Share best practices and contribute to the continuous development of the Editorial function.
