eDiscovery Project Manager | £500-£550/day (Inside IR35) | 5 months (initially) | London/Sheffield (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of eDiscovery and information governance capabilities. Working closely with Legal, Compliance, Technology and business stakeholders, you will define product strategy, shape solutions, and drive the successful delivery and adoption of services that support regulatory, legal and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the product roadmap for eDiscovery and information governance capabilities.
Gather, prioritise and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Technology and Architecture teams to deliver solutions that meet regulatory and operational needs.
Lead initiatives across eDiscovery, legal hold, data retention, data deletion and compliance capabilities.
Work with third-party vendors to influence product roadmaps and implement new functionality.
Drive product adoption, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide clear communication on product strategy, delivery and outcomes.
Key Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner or similar role delivering enterprise technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of eDiscovery, legal hold, data retention, data deletion and information governance.
Experience working with Legal, Compliance and Technology teams in a regulated environment.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and requirements gathering skills.
Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance business needs, risk and compliance requirements.
Experience with Microsoft Purview, Veritas Enterprise Vault or other eDiscovery and information governance platforms
