As an E-Commerce Analyst you will join a growing digital analytics team where you'll use SQL, BigQuery, GA4 and BI tools to shape e-commerce strategy through data-driven insights and commercial impact.
Analyse web and customer data to generate commercial insights and recommendations.
Translate business challenges into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders across e-commerce and wider business teams to understand objectives and identify opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions.
Evaluate the commercial impact of insights and help prioritise high-value initiatives.
Develop tools and processes that improve analytical capabilities across the organisation.
Monitor online performance, customer behaviour, and key e-commerce metrics.
Collaborate with analytics colleagues to share knowledge, best practice, and data developments.
Strong commercial experience using SQL and BigQuery for data analysis.
Experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Expertise in data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker.
Good understanding of analytical methodologies and data-driven problem solving.
Exposure to ETL processes, data pipelines, or database automation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Confident presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with business reporting tools.
Experience using AI-enabled analytics or automated insight generation tools would be beneficial.
Salary between £35,000 - £45,000 - depending on experience
