e-Billing Analyst | Hybrid Working | Growing International Organisation Are you an experienced legal billing professional looking for your next challenge? Do you have strong knowledge of e-Billing platforms, billing compliance, and stakeholder management? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're recruiting for an e-Billing Analyst to join a highly successful international professional services organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative finance team, supporting the end-to-end e-Billing process across multiple offices and jurisdictions. The Role Working closely with the Finance and Billing teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of invoices through a variety of client e-Billing platforms. You'll be responsible for managing billing processes, resolving invoice queries and rejections, and providing support and training to stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Administer and maintain data across various e-Billing systems and vendor platforms
Ensure invoices are submitted accurately and within agreed deadlines
Monitor invoice submissions and resolve rejections promptly
Manage e-Billing inboxes and respond to queries efficiently
Provide training and support to billing teams across multiple locations
Support continuous improvement of billing processes and controls
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience within legal billing (essential)
Strong knowledge of e-Billing platforms and legal finance systems
Understanding of billing guidelines and compliance requirements within a professional services or legal environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
A proactive, problem-solving approach
