Dynamics 365 System Configurator - London (Remote) - c£60K

A leading organisation is looking to appoint a Dynamics 365 System Configurator to play a key role in the ongoing optimisation and configuration of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative technology team, where you'll work closely with the System Owner, business stakeholders and developers to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 configurations.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Finance & Operations

Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows and automated processes

Create and maintain forms, views, dashboards, business rules and reports to improve user experience and operational efficiency

Support data imports, exports and migration activities while maintaining data quality and integrity

Collaborate with business users, developers and functional consultants to deliver effective, configuration-led solutions

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assess configuration impacts and prepare changes for release

Skills & Experience

Proven experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Finance & Operations

Strong understanding of CRM, ERP and business process optimisation

Experience configuring Power Automate, Power Apps and other Microsoft Power Platform technologies

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security roles, data management and reporting capabilities

Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system configurations

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills
