The Opportunity
Factor is a healthy, ready-to-heat meal delivery service that has built a category-defining business in the US and Canada. Now we're building Factor in Europe — and although we have strong blueprints from North America, we have the opportunity to leverage the very rich multi-cultural environment in Europe to tailor both our physical and digital products to five different markets.
As our Director, Product, you will own the full product vision and execution for Factor Europe. You will lead a multi-layered team of ~10 people, sit on the Factor Europe leadership team, and maintain a close dotted-line relationship with our CMO to ensure product and marketing move as one.
This is a rare kind of role: senior strategic ownership and real infrastructure, with the pace and ambition of an early-stage scale up. If you are a visionary builder who leads with curiosity, earns conviction through data, and holds your team to the same high standard you hold yourself — we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Lead and Develop a High-Performance Product Team
Build, inspire, and manage a multi-disciplinary team — setting a clear vision, establishing the operating rhythms that allow the team to move fast, and investing in the people who will drive Factor Europe's next chapter.
Own and Challenge the Product Vision
Define a clear and compelling vision for what Factor's physical product must become in Europe — grounded in customer insight, commercially rigorous, and differentiated enough to win. Develop a deep, independent point of view on where the North American model translates and where European markets demand something different.
Push the team and the business to think beyond the current roadmap — challenging assumptions, interrogating trade-offs, an
