About the Role
The Director, Marketplace owns end-to-end marketplace performance across a defined portfolio of markets.
You are accountable for growth, profitability, and overall marketplace health. You operate with full ownership of the P&L and are responsible for balancing demand, supply, delivery quality, customer experience, and financial performance at scale.
This role leads through influence; working cross-functionally across Merchant, Operations, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Product to drive sustainable results. The role does not include direct reports.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own P&L and Performance
Own the Rx P&L across assigned markets
Deliver against core OKRs like GOV, revenue, VP and contribution margin as well as the right inputs: selection, quality, and affordability.
Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews
Identify growth opportunities and operational risks and drive action
Own Marketplace Health
Act as the accountable leader for marketplace health
Balance supply and demand to maintain a strong customer experience and healthy unit economics
Make system-level trade-offs that may impact multiple functions
Ensure short-term execution supports long-term structural strength
Drive Cross-Functional Execution
