Director, Consumer Pricing will own and shape Wolt’s global pricing strategy across 30+ markets, with focus on driving step-change in growth and user experience. Sitting at the heart of the consumer and marketplace business, this role is responsible for defining how Wolt drives sustainable, profitable growth through pricing levers.
This is a senior, high-impact leadership role with end-to-end accountability for strategy, execution, and financial outcomes. Director, Customer Pricing will own a significant portion of the consumer P&L, including Cx fee revenue and investment, and will work directly with C-level leadership and senior functional owners to set direction, make trade-offs, and deliver results. The role also includes direct leadership of a small, high-performing team.
Combining strategic rigour, financial judgement, and operational leadership, this individual will act as the central decision-maker across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and regional teams.
This person reports to the Global Head of Marketplace Growth and Consumer.
