The web development team works to make sure that Asana.com, our owned content channels (like our blog), and our digital properties (Academy, Certifications, Help Center) are doing the best possible job at telling Asana’s story to the world. As a Digital Engineer on our global Web Engineering team, you will build and maintain the front-end experiences that power asana.com. Working at the intersection of marketing technology and engineering, you’ll partner with digital teams, product designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft responsive, accessible, and performant web applications that drive Asana’s growth.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve
Design and implement highly responsive web applications and full-stack solutions that adapt seamlessly across all digital channels.
Build, advance, and contribute to Asana's core component design system, creating scalable components and supporting CMS workflow optimization.
Implement rich web animations and micro-interactions that delight users while strictly optimizing for Core Web Vitals, site performance, and security.
Lead front-end code development and spearhead UI overhauls across our complex Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms.
Write clean, tested, and documented code while participating in comprehensive peer code reviews to ensure high-quality digital solutions.
Leverage AI-powered coding tools to streamline workflows, debug complex logic, and create effective prompts for refactoring and task automation.
Partner cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and enterprise technology organizations to ship
