Are you an experienced Account Manager ready for your next agency challenge? We're working with a successful and growing agency based in Solihull who are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their team.

You'll be the go-to person for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships, coordinating projects and working closely with creative and digital teams to deliver brilliant work.

What you'll be doing

• Managing day-to-day client relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact
• Coordinating creative and digital projects from brief through to delivery - on time, on brief and within budget
• Collaborating with creative, digital, design and production teams
• Supporting junior account team members and helping manage workloads effectively
• Identifying opportunities to grow and develop existing client accounts

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in an agency account management or client services role
• A good understanding of digital marketing, social media and wider marketing communications
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, commercially aware and confident managing projects, budgets and client expectations
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential

Salary: £28,000-£34,000 DOE Location: Solihull - West Midlands
