End User Computing (EUC) Team Leader / Desktop Support Team Lead
Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire (with occasional travel to local sites)
Contract: Initial 12-week contract
Rate: NHS Band 6 equivalent (£207.01 - £249.86 per day Umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Team Leader to lead a busy Desktop Engineering function within an IT environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who can motivate a team, improve service delivery and drive operational improvements whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.You will lead a team of Desktop Engineers, oversee day-to-day support operations, manage service performance and play a key role in enhancing end-user computing services across the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership
Lead, motivate and support a team of Desktop Engineers.
Manage and prioritise incidents, requests and project activity.
Operational & Technical Management
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Support the delivery of desktop services across multiple sites.
Service Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and ways of working.
Support the adoption of ITIL best practice.

Essential Experience
Previous experience leading or supervising an EUC, Desktop Support, ICT Support or Service Desk team.
