Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of stock control and purchasing strategy
Build and nurture strong supplier relationships
Oversee daily dealership operations and performance
Lead from the front, engaging customers and driving sales
Proactively source and value vehicles to maximise revenue opportunities
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive KPIs, performance targets, and commercial success
Build a strong digital presence through social media and online channels
Create a high-energy, customer-first sales environment
