London hybrid 2 days per week with flexibility for candidates based in the North | Salary up to £65,000

Combining rich data assets with advanced analytics and modelling expertise, they support organisations to make smarter, more targeted decisions. Their work spans sectors such as utilities, telecoms, financial services and not for profit organisations, with a strong focus on predictive modelling for marketing and customer insight.

The Role

Build and refine predictive models, with a strong focus on propensity and scorecard style modelling.

Translate client problems into analytical solutions through data discovery and stakeholder workshops.

Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers and data analysts to deliver end to end projects.

Train, test and optimise models, ensuring outputs are robust and commercially relevant.

Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, engaging and non technical way.

Contribute to reports, dashboards and insight packs that support client decision making.

Your Skills and Experience

Strong commercial experience using Python and SQL for data analysis and modelling.

Practical experience building and validating predictive models, ideally within customer or marketing analytics.

Comfortable working with large datasets and translating patterns into actionable insight.

Experience working with cloud based analytics platforms, with Databricks being a strong advantage.

Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients and stakeholders.

An analytical background with curiosity to explore data beyond the initial brief.
