£550-600/day overall assignment rate to umbrella

6-month initial contract

3 days a week onsite in London

Working with a leading retail client who have identified challenges around data quality across HR, identity, and directory platforms.

The programme requires a focused effort to identify, cleanse, and improve data quality at source, working across global business units.

Data Quality Analyst, key skills

Proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst within complex enterprise environments

Experience working on data quality, data remediation, or data governance initiative

Identifying and resolving data quality issues

Improving controls around data input and governance within systems

Supporting better downstream integration into AD and access management systems

Enabling improved security, compliance, and reporting capabilities

Ability to translate data issues into actionable business requirements

Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and operational teams

Experience working across multiple systems and data sources

Ability to facilitate remediation activity across different business units

Desirable

Experience working within identity, access management or directory environments

Understanding of Active Directory or similar identity systems

Experience working with HR data or workforce systems
