We’re waving goodbye to the complicated and confusing ways of traditional banking.

After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.

With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!

We’re not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo ❤️

Our Data Protection team ⭐

At Monzo, we’re building a bank that people trust - not just with their money, but with their data. We’re looking for a knowledgeable, collaborative and experienced Data Protection Manager to make sure we’re customer and people-focused, innovative, and providing Monzo with pragmatic, business friendly advice. Working within our Data Protection team, you will perform a critical role in making sure that data protection is baked into the products and services we ship, helping the business scale quickly and safely.

As a Data Protection Manager, you will be part of our 1st line team. The team is operational, dynamic and moves at pace. We’ll need you to work with the business, be close to our product teams to enable growth and diversification on our journey to building a new way of banking. Monzo is not an organisation that lives to tick boxes, we need to strike the right balance for our customers to continue to grow and provide the best products and services.

The Data Protection Manager will report to our Senior Data Protection
